Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

Terrible Service. Had them out for a plumbing inspection. They gave a quote for a pipe they said was broken, but did not give any report or video with the quote. I had asked if they do video in inspection prior to scheduling which they said they did (putting the camera down the pipe). I called and spoke to the owner, who was very rude, who said they would send the report but they do not send video. If I wanted the video, I would have needed to stand there and video their camera with my phone, which I was never told. I have never heard of that. Companies who video the pipes will record it and send you the video. They never ended up sending a report like the owner said they would. Had a second inspection done and that inspector gave a video and report which showed no break.

Prodigy Plumbing is the BEST!!! I am in the process of selling a home and had faucet leaks and repairs that needed to be completed from the home inspection report Robert did a fantastic job helping me get the correct faucets and then installing them. I was sending him pictures form Home Depot after work hours asking what to buy and he answered all of my texts. He had to make several trips to the plumbing warehouse to get the correct parts because everything is custom made in my bathroom. He had to replace a marble sink which was not easy and did a great job cleaning up after. He was very professional and extremely nice and helpful. Any plumbing issues I ever have in the future will be done by Prodigy Plumbing and I will request Robert but I'm sure they're all good! Thank you so much!
