Magically, Ros immediately discovered that the pilot light was out and the gas valve needed adjusting. Within 30 seconds we had our hot water restored.

we had 4 different plumbers come out to quote us for a slab leak and concrete patch. after reviewing all of them, we chose to go with hire me plumbing and so glad we did. they werent the cheapest (the lowest quote was from a guy that ghosted us after we asked for his state license #), but they were by far the most knowledgeable. unlike the other guys that came out, they didnt try to upsell us on anything. the actual service itself was quick, the bill was exactly as quoted, and the concrete patch work they did was perfect. plumbers have a bad rap, but these guys are awesome and i would recommend them for anyone looking for a plumber in the long beach area.

I was able to hire this company to handle the kitchen faucet repair service yesterday, and luckily, they were able to do so without any delays. I am grateful for the service they provided because it was absolutely fantastic and enjoyable. This company and its plumbers will, without a doubt, be highly recommended to everyone!

This is an unethical business. AVOID at all costs. I called them out to unclog a backed up riser/mainline at my home. They came out and informed me the service would cost $250. For some reason they did not attempt to rooter the clog from inside the house but instead decided the only option was the toilet vent on the roof of the house. The plumber tried that for a bit and then gave up (his mistake for making it way harder on himself by not starting inside the house). He then proceeded to attempt to upsell me on what he deemed to be the next necessary step, $700 for hydro jetting the main line. This was the point at which I told him I wanted to seek a 2nd opinion. He proceeded to collect his tools and then told me he needs to collect a $170 fee for the unclogging attempt (which was not disclosed at the onset of service). So, I was left with a clog and a $170 bill!

I then called Ready Fast Rooter, who arrived in a timely manner, explained all my options and what the fees are (doesn't charge if he cannot unclog the drain). He decided to start by rootering the shower drain and had the clog removed within 15 minutes. He felt there still might be some obstruction, so he rammed whatever remained with 5 gallon buckets of water directly down the drain. You could tell he approaches each job as if it's his own home. For all that I only paid $75 and he warrantied the work for 30 days.

In summary, AVOID A-QUICK ROOTER & PLUMBING OC.

Gave Mr. Castaneda a call immediately after being informed of a gas leak on my property. Castaneda understood the urgency and met with me the same day to test for the leak. After the test, it was apparent to the two of us how severe the leak was. Mr. Castaneda was kind enough to explain and show me what he was doing. He connected an air compressor to one end of a pipe next to the gas meter. Of course he ensured all other ends of the gas pipes were closed before we shot air into the pipes. As this was done, the pressure was being measured by a pressure gauge that was connected to another end of a gas pipe.

Castaneda recommended I replace the pipes as they were all old and could potentially cause the same issue in the future.

Overall I am extremely pleased with the plumbing work that was done at my property. Castaneda 24/7 plumbing is now my go to plumber. Not only are his prices reasonably priced but you get to work with good genuine plumbing contractor.

Great company, called and he was out the very next morning. Had the right part with him and my water heater was up and running again. Hopefully it will last for years but I know who I will call next time I have any issues.

Wade was very nice and did try to up sell he is straight forward and does great work.

Quick and courteous response by Nick to my phone call Saturday night. Brandon arrived w/in the hour like he said fixed the drains and made sure everything was OK before leaving.

Sal's plumbing was quick to respond to our request to fix the leak in our bathroom sink. Thomas was very kind and was very qualified to identify and fix the 3-part issue we had on one single sink. The only reason why I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because he didn't have a dispatch team that was able to keep him on time for our appointment. Luckily, he was still able to finish the work in the time we needed him to, but he was late to our appointment.

I called Vmax Plumbing to find and fix a leak in ceiling of my roommates room. In no time at all, the problem (a leaky sink) was found and fixed. Service was fast, efficient and FRIENDLY! Ernesto walked me through every bit of the process - which kept me super calm. This emergency, which could've taken a day or two to address with any other plumbing company, was taken care within such short period of time. I'm super grateful and can go to work tomorrow focused on the task at hand!

Been using them for years. Accurate trouble shooting, little jobs to furnace rebuilds. Even the crawl space under the house with the critters posed no problem. Calling them again tonight for gas problem.

Starting with the phone call, Will was very professional and the service followed suit. They showed up on time , kind and had great manners. To top it off, they unglogged my main line and left the place cleaner than it was. I will for sure be calling SoCal Sewer & Water for any & all my plumbing needs in the future!
