Upon entering the house, he even put on boot covers to not track in any of the dirt / mud that may be on the boot from a rain that day. Dial One did an excellent job. First impression was when they answered the phone, very courteous, pleasant and listened to the problem we had with our heater. Was out that afternoon, to service heater, service tech needed a part, and returned the next day, as promised with part and fixed the heater. This was the first time we used Dial One and we will definitely use them again with with any plumbing, heating or air conditioner problems.
