And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

Had a major issue with our main drain. Completely backed up. Too far down for auger to be effective. They came out on 11/18/22, accurately assessed the issue, and brought in a crew that day to work on it and they completed it that night! They had to dig down approx 6 feet to get to the problem and clear it out. That clearly was no easy task. They left me impressed and very thankful.I didn't catch the names of the crew, due to that they were so busy but want them to know we are grateful and thankful for the job they did. The names that I did catch was the initial tech Miguel Reynoso. Thank you for being Johnny-on-the-spot and your efforts to clear it. Special thank you to Field Advisor Alvin Ramos. He scoped it out, pin pointed the problem, and walked me through exactly what needed to be done.
