If you need a plumbing service for your LA homes, call this company right away. Their plumber came on time and gave me a great service as he repaired my blocked toilet at a very affordable price yesterday. He handled the situation well, and I felt comfortable with his approach. I wish I could give them more than five stars. Highly recommended!

Complete scam of a business. Paid to have a toy removed, plumber never removed it but got the toilet to flush, now 9months later the toy is once again completely clogging the drain and they are charging much more money to actually remove it this time. When I complained they made up a story about a second toy and called the plumber at my house to tell him to tell my wife and landlord that it was a 2nd toy aswell. They also left my restroom a complete mess and didnt clean a single thing after. Will never use or recommend this garbage company to anyone

I needed to replace the garbage disposal so I called Sal's Plumbing and the lady who answered the phone gave me an estimate of $150 if I provide a unit. So I purchased one and the next day a service man came and he told me the minimum he can do is for $300+. I told the guy that I got an estimate from the lady at the office and he said the lady has never replaced garbage disposals before so she has no idea. So I cancel the job. What kind of business practice is this?

After reading Sal's reply I thought I need to clarify few things because some are incorrect statements.
Reading so many good reviews I had a pretty high expectation from this vendor but my experience didn't turn out that to be true. I am only talking about one plumber who came out to my place. Here are the facts, nothing added, deleted, or changed.
1. I called Sal's Plumbing for garbage disposal replacement job. Katie answered the phone and her quote was $325 ~ $475+. Katie was kind enough to give us a money saving tip. We provide a disposal the installment price will be $150, plus small amount added if any of surrounding parts need to be changed. I agreed.
2. Dave, the plumber, came on Saturday morning and looked at under the sink. He said the PVC pipes are glued and he is not sure if those are legal. I looked at it and found some extension portions are glued but all connecting areas to the sink, to the disposal and to the sewage pipe are screwed capped. Dave said the minimum to replace the disposal is $300 and up. I told him that Katie quoted $150. Dave said, angrily, Katie has never replaced garbage disposals before so she doesn't know.
3. I called Sal's but Katie wasn't there and the person answered the phone said she will have Katie call me on Monday. Never received the call.
4. I told Dave we need to clarify this before we proceed. Dave repeated that Katie has never done this job. He became very intimidating. I told Dave that they should talk among themselves before giving out a quote or come out to the location. He left. That was the end of it.

I am not sure if Dave reported incorrect version to his benefit or if he replied the comment. But what I wrote here is exactly how it happened. So for those of you who read this review, I would suggest to make sure get a proper quote before proceed.

Beach plumbing re-piped our entire home, helped us move a drain line, installed a new tankless water heater, and installed a water filter. The crew was fantastic to work with (AD, Edwin and Kody). They were very responsive to our many questions. They did everything they could to make sure the job was done right and paid attention to the details. It felt like they took pride in their work and really wanted to make sure they took good care of our home. We'll definitely be using them again in the future for all of our plumbing needs!

Great service and punctual

I was in a motorcycle accident a was not able to do things around the house. Jorge called me back and came to install a window air conditioner, and while here he looked at my sink which was leaking. With no hesitation he did both jobs, and charged a reasonable price. Friendly, prompt, and has quality work. I highly recommend him and will use him in the future! Good job!

Who ever have this company a 5 star rating knows nothing of plumbing. These people are crooks. Kaleb went to my rental property and performed a shower pan test on a shower with a half inch threshold???? The pictures sent were bogus. His diagnosis was a faulty shower pan. Luckily we didn't do any repairs. My father and I kept trouble shooting and found out it was the diverter valve for both bathrooms. I tried calling this company to speak with the manager and he never got back to me. I called to speak to Kaleb and he never got back to me. When I called for a 5th time and demanded my money back the representative said the manager said no refund will be issued (mind you the manager had not called me back yet). I even told the representative that if they could repeat the shower pan test and it came with the same result I would not request the money back. It's been 3 weeks and they have yet to get back to me. This incident happened almost 5 months ago. They aren't reputable, they don't think of customer first, and they rob people who know nothing of plumbing.
