Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

Elliot is very professional/detailed oriented and did a excellent job replacing pipes under a kitchen sink. He has highly skills to fix difficult problem not some plumbers don't want to handle. It was very helpful that he checked all pipes if they were in good condition to prevent from future leaking. He explained me how disposal pipes installed incorrectly unlike previous plumber from different company didn't tell me.

The tub and toilet in one of the bathrooms in my house was completely back up. My husband and I just recently bought our home so we had no idea what the issue could’ve been and unfortunately it wasn’t caught during the inspection process while we were in escrow. I gave A-Quick Rooter a call and they were at my house within 20 minutes. As a property manager with more that 30 doors to handle, you’re always looking for people that can handle needs in a timely and professional fashion…especially in a weekend. That’s exactly what I received from V-Max plumbing from a google search. Having now used their services, I wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank very much for your timely service!

Their chat was not coordinated with actual scheduling. When the plumber finally came out he did not have the equipment needed to flush my tankless water heater. He said he would come out the next morning but almost three hours into the morning I have not heard from him. Their scheduling and service leaves a lot to be desired. Their email ad was confusing and hard to read. Find a more reliable service than these guys. I would give them zero stars if allowed

If I could give this place a zero I would. Didn't do work according to code so when the city arrived to do additional work they couldn't. Wasted almost 1000 dollars to have someone else come in and do it right. When we called to inquire about it, Nick said I will talk to my supervisor and call you back. Never called back and now won't return any messages. We've left at least 3 requesting someone call us back. If you want good plumbing, I suggest you look elsewhere.
