If you have a leak, call Royal Plumber Signal Hill´s leak detection services! They will be at your location within the hour and provide you with an affordable and fast solution. I used them last night and they were really helpful.

They were able to respond quickly to a wastewater backup and identify the location and cause. They removed the jump in the sewer line that allowed backups to build and installed a 2-way cleanout to allow preventive maintenance.

They came out and replaced my toilet. The plumber had to go to Lowes to buy a part and I felt like they went above and beyond to make sure it was installed correctly .good job will use them again

Crooks and rip off artist. I wouldn't recommend them.

The plumber was nice, and I believe honest. Time will tell, but I think he did a good job. But the service was WAY overpriced for what was done.Update:Just to make it clear, for any potential customers who read this review: Benjamin Franklin never had a manager reach out to me, as they promised nearly a week ago. Their response was clearly an attempt to make it appear to the public that they care and are proactive. Meanwhile, I spent $305 on a few o-rings. Next time, I'll find a different plumber. I recommend you do the same.
