Best Broken Pipe Replacement in Long Beach CA

I am really disappointed in my experience with Philip and GM Plumbing. We were in the middle of selling our house and moving and needed a quick repair for our water heater gas supply line. After calling a few places, GM was the only one able to do the work in the time needed (and I guess I know why they had availability!). Philip explained what they would do, made it sound like pretty extensive work (2 people, most of a day is what he told me), and quoted almost $1,000! He did a great job of taking advantage of someone that didn't have time to find another option. Once the work was done, I found that what he did was run about 20' of pipe, straight from the gas meter to the water heater along the outside of the house. It took one person and an apprentice <2 hours to do the work. He probably made $600-$700 on the deal. Want to make sure no one has the same experience I had! Stay away!

Put in a Takagi tankless water heater for me, did a superb job, added water pressure gauge, filter and clean out valves. Very clean install. Nice guys too. Ask for Mark.

Alex Perez was on scheduled time, friendly, polite and kind. Respectful when entering my home. And the quality of work that he performed in my bathroom and water pipe in front of my house was 100%.he took before/after pictures annd showed me what the problem was and what did to fix it, And he also clean after himself. We had a pipe burst after a power outage from the Christmas blizzard. A 12 foot piece of the baseboard heat pipe needed to be replaced. Zack and Ross came at the time we were told. They were courteous and did a fantastic job. They made sure that was done correctly. Price was as quoted. Very pleased with this company.
