We called Orange County plumbing on a Saturday night after we noticed our toilet was loose at the base. We had our contractor attempt to diagnose the problem by lifting it off the floor, only to find that the flange was badly corroded and brittle and broken on the left side. At that point we decided to consult a plumber to fix the issue. After callling several companies in desperation, ( it was late on a Saturday night)Orange County plumbing came to our rescue. They called and offered a service visit for the next morning. They sent a highly skilled and experienced plumber to diagnose the problem and explain to us the necessary repairs needed. Rock, was able to remove the broken flange and install a new one into the floor and install the toilet back onto the floor within 2 hours. Rock was polite, professional and extremely proficient. He even left the bathroom cleaner than when he found it.
He also was patient with answering a few other plumbing questions we had related to different plumbing issues we encountered. We highly recommend this company and would use them again for any of our plumbing needs . Thanks, Rock. You Rock!

I had a leak outside every time I ran my kitchen sink, and our garbage disposal was shooting water out of the opposite sink. I called Dave at 9 am on Sunday, he was over at the house by 10:30, job assessed, quoted, and finished by 11:30. We had had other plumbers under home warranty say we had to completely tear out pipes and open walls etc, etc, and Dave used his years of experience to fix the issue without incident and at a fraction of the price quoted by others. If you have a plumbing problem, call him asap you won’t regret it

Josh Bortin goes the extra mile! He is knowledgeable--licensed as both plumber and electrician--prompt, and completely dependable. In my case, her responded immediately to a text for help sent on a Saturday night (!) and arrived Sunday morning, looked at the problem, diagnosed it on the spot, and returned Sunday afternoon with the necessary part. Problem solved!
