Nyi from Roto Rooter (#2408) came to snake out a blocked main sewer line for me on Monday. The service I rec'd was top notch!! The response in customer support with setting up the appt., explaining things to me was excellent & Nyi was there within about an hour to work on the drain. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable and efficient to say the least !!This is not the first time I have used Roto Rooter and they have been way better than any Co I have tried before in every way, especially with response time, friendliness and very competitive pricing.
