A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

***UPDATE: The Customer Relations team reached out and were absolutely wonderful and understanding! Hopefully the rude employee will change her way of speaking to customers. Still overall pleased with our experience!Sales team was absolutely incredible, as was the technician team! There were quite a few hiccups in the process that just seemed like communication wasn’t really a thing and I’d call and have to get passed around to several people before anyone could find an answer. Finally got installed, went smoothly and professionally-couldn’t ask for better! I want to give zero stars due to the lady I had to speak to regarding my final inspection. But that’s not the company’s fault that she’s rude. Overall, we are pleased with our purchase and can’t thank the sales and technicians enough, but I’d rather never have to deal with some of these people on the phone again. Ever.

Very professional and reasonable.

I have used them for two major installations. The furnace and a replacement of our HVAC system. In both cases, they did an outstanding job. They were efficient, courteous, and very professional. They are also very competent. I have no hesitation in recommending their services as I am planning on using their services to keep the equipment up, and service it.
