This was an awesome experience. Had a plumber from another company come out and was unable to fix the issue. That plumber sent me the contact info for Zoom. They where able to schedule me for service quickly. Our original date had to be rescheduled due to the holidays and staffing but the issue was not an emergency and the office reached out before my appointment time to reschedule the next day so that was no biggie. The tech John showed up bright and early to start work. John was super professional. He used a drop cloth to keep the area clean. He wore booties to keep my carpet clean and even had booties on the machinery he was using. Quoted us a price and it was fair. There was even a moment where he could have overcharged us and he did not. He was extremely fast and pleasant and will definitely use Zoom again for any plumbing issues. Thanks John you're awesome!

The crew was always on time and worked diligently on the project. All team members were courteous and professional, and cleaned up (including vacuumed) before leaving. Technicians were in constant communication with us, and always receptive to our feedback. County inspectors passed each inspection stage on the first visit, without requesting any rework. We had roots in our sewer line under the foundation of our house. We called three plumbers for quotes. One was very wrong as to the location of the underground pipes and they were confused as to the real issue. One came out and said they would call to discuss the estimate, but they never called. Alpha Plumbing was extremely responsive, far more thorough than the others, and extremely professional. We gave Alpha our business and we were not disappointed.
