Ty is very professional and very honest. We had a hard time dealing with the first plumber that got assigned to us. After two weeks, the issue still existed. We decided to find a new plumber and found Ty online. We contacted him and explain the urgency of our plumbing issue between the sink & washing machine. In an hour, he came and outright find the issue and use the right tool to snake it & remove the clog. I highly recommend Ty to anyone who’s in need of professional plumber. I am deeply grateful for the kind of service we receive from him.

I have used Ace Plumbing many times over the years. They are always prompt and reasonable with costs. Just in the past month, I had a water heater break and they were able to fit me in immediately, did a replacement and left my place looking like nothing had ever happened. Good plumbers are hard to come by and I'd highly recommend them.

Beware! We had them install a tankless water heater for $4720. They informed us we would need a meter upgrade from BGE and assured us it would be free. Turns out Lens folks had to come back out to hook up the new meter to the house main and they charged us another $1300 to do it. Had to pay or go without hot water. This company is dishonest or incompetent, not sure which.

professional employees, always impressive. I can tell the company is well managed by experiencing how the employees take care of business (to include phone interaction with office). Between new HVAC installation, twice annual maintenance, and gas fireplace cleaning, salesperson, installers, and upkeep personnel were 100% on-time and tidy (placing huge blanket down to protect my flooring, but even did the same in garage job area), consistently wearing clean booties over their workboots, vacuuming debris with vacuums that have strong, clean filters, all the while being polite, cordial, and professional. Great job communicating what they're going to be doing and how looked after their inspections. Excellent work results all around, I couldn't be any happier. A+ to Tyrone and Kingston for going the extra mile in their work results, thorough.

The tech Bruce Jordon was prompt,professional and very friendly.He explained everything in detail,reviewed options and asked if there were any other issues that I would like to have assessed.He completed the job in a timely manner and much to my surprise,cleaned up better than it was before he started.The cost was a little high but the quality is indisputable.You get what you pay for.I will always use Catons and request Bruce,when I do.

Our water heater went out at 430 PM and they were able to replace it same day. Responsive, professional, they fixed us right up and answered all our questions. Definitely use them if you have a water heater issue.

James just finished replacing our main water line and snaking some of our drains. We had major concerns about the pre-existing plumbing in the house we just bought as first-time homeowners, due to very poor work by the previous owner. James inspected everything thoroughly, answered our endless questions, and helped put our minds at ease. He let us know what we needed to get repaired right away, and what we could wait to do a little later on. His work is super clean and efficient and the work areas were left in great condition. He also communicates every step of the way. I can’t say enough great things about his work - we immediately referred him to our friends down the street for some work they need done! We’ve found our go-to plumber and we’re so happy we did!

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
