He was able to diagnose the issue with my water pressure immediately and accurately, he demonstrated good and professional communication skills and on the day he provided services, he discovered an additional problem affecting my water pressure and made those repairs so the issue would be resolved for good. His price points are very reasonable and affordable. He also provided me a 1yr warranty and did a 1month check-in to see how everything was working for me. My water pressure went from just above trickling to its full potential which definitely feels like more than the standard 80psi. I plan to use his services to also connect my refrigerator to my water line and a few other projects.

Replaced Sewage line from under my basement out to the backyard. I was referred to them by a friend who had their sewage line replaced. It was quite the job.

My sewage line was 13 feet below the backyard and 5-6 feet below the basement floor. It was at one of my rental properties and James and his crew were great even when the tenants weren't always on the same page as James, his crew and I. He left the areas clean and neat. There were tree roots digging into my water line - I hired Roto-Rooter to snake the line for me. Nothing worse than finding your pipes are clogged when you have company over for the holidays! RR sent one of their best, who worked diligently. Now I am ready for Halloween, Thanksgiving AND Christmas.

Definitely the best, was able to remove a clog. This clog has been around for 2 years and Len the plumber couldn't get it. In fact Len gave up and told me to use draining. Larry from roto rooter is amazing!
