I had two plumbers that were busy and lend the plumber canceled on me after I waited all day and Dawn fit me in with Michael's and sons so thank you so much it wasn't a big job it was just to replace the inside of the tank on the toilet but it meant a lot to me that it was done today thank you so much Garland I will have you come again and put in a sink in the bathroom as soon as I pick it out.

A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

I called chesapeake due to my water heater going up. They were extremely professional on the phone, got to my house to get me a quote the same day. The following day they came out to replace it for me. Everyone was so knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. Abend plumbing remodeled my bathroom after the old shower had leaked ruining the walls. They replaced the walls as well as new shower installing a seat within the new shower. However the seat was put in incorrectly and started leaking underneath the seat and once again into the wall. So needless to say I do not feel that it should be necessary to remodel a bathroom every 7 years.
