I contacted Stokes plumbing for a burst pipe in my home. They came out immediately and serviced my home.The company was fast, professional, and efficient. Not only were they very reasonable but they also provided top quality service (fixing issues that a previous plumber did incorrectly) If you are looking for a reasonable, efficient plumber with quality services I strongly recommend this company!

I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

Service was professional and on time. Technician performed work as quoted and identified other issues on the old piping. He quickly fixed the original leaks and the newly identified spots for the original quoted price. Extremely happy with service and professionalism. I will definitely use them in the future! Only gave them 4 out of 5 stars because they could not provide service same day as advertised. They set up the appointment for the following day and were on time and called to let me know the technician was on his way.

Furnace and AC check up. DJ was polite and replaced a part in the a.c. so the a.c. system should be set to go. D.J also changed the filter in the furnace as they usually do as long as you have the filter.

T&D Plumbing was contracted by NPL to disconnect, move and reconnect several A/C compressors as they did their work on the BGE gas line upgrade in my neighborhood in Bolton Hill. It was our great, good fortune to have had Jeff Martin and Ralph Collins to do the work for each of us. They both have a great sense of humor and respect each other beyond compare. They told each of us clearly and simply what they needed to do, what they saw in the condition of the units and assured us that the compressors would be fully functioning after their work is done. It is my experience that you get the bare minimum in such sub-contracted work. NOT SO WITH THESE TWO GENTLEMEN! They cleared leaves in my unit and washed it down and checked with gauges pressure and coolant levels and topped off. It is the nature of our yards that there is not much room to move. These guys found nothing to be a problem and offered their insight and suggestions as to what to expect from my older compressor and how to lengthen it’s life. I will definitely keep these guys and T&D Plumbing in my contacts!

Cannot say enough good things about this company from their customer service to their sales team and technicians. a company with real integrity. i have been going round and round for three years with other companies for 3 years about a recurring issue that no one has been able to diagnose. spent untold dollars on parts they said failed that did not create the problem. Was told by someone to contact this company. Chris came out and looked about but did not think I needed a new system as was told by last company. He told me he was sending his Carrier specialist out to see me. Ed came out and within an hour and a half, diagnosed and fixed a 3 year old issue with just minor parts from his truck!! No problems since. That is honesty and integrity and in these difficult times, this company is a breath of fresh air. Thanks A.J. Michaels!

DO NOT RECCOMEND. VERY OVER PRICED , they do flat rate pricing and say its a very hard job & will take time to fix, then there in & out in 40minutes. if you include drive time to go back & get here tools & parts (which should be on their truck) was a total of 1hour & 29 minutes for 650.0 dollars. so they scare you then give this price then get the repairs done fast. then when i made a complaint. i was told flat rate pricing. so thats how they get you. and the owner is a real piece of work. very ignorant & likes to yell. and stop using the race card. has nothing to do with anything. and my wife was happy until we found out we were RIPPED OFF. AND DONT KNOW A THING ABOUT ME. your the one ripping people off not me. and i didnt say i wouldnt write a review if you gave me a hundred dollars. i would have wrote i anyway. and i would of wanted alot more then a 100 dollars off after the rip off job you did. tech made it seem bad but really wasnt then you say its flat rate to justify the TERRIBLE OVERCHARGE. like i told you on the phone, you need the money more then me. LEARN HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS LADY. STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF
