Sam and Joseph were very personable and did work for $175. which was $150. less than another company who when the other company showed up and I refused what seemed like an outrageous price the plumber wanted $45. just for showing up. Brian the owner is very pleasant and helpful and never brought up any fees to walk in front door.

garbage work. came out late, wasted 3 hours waiting for them. Didn't do the install right and wouldn't refund me my money or come back to fix it. Ended up paying even more because I Had to hire another group to come out and get the job fixed. Will never call again. save your time and money by moving on to someone else. all those good reviews they have are probably fake

We just moved into our home and could not find the source of water in our basement. Not only was it very easy to schedule the appointment with Karen but she also gave me a call the day of our service to let us know our technician was running behind. Our technician, Brian, also told us when he was on his way. Brian did an amazing, thorough job and was honest and helpful. Brian even came back the following day when we were currently getting water in our basement and was able to detect the absolute cause/source of our issue. Definitely worth it to pay to have this done! Our experience with Brian was probably one of the best customer service experiences we have had in a long time!

Had a clogged pipe on a Sunday during a holiday weekend while family was visiting. Toilets gurgling, house smelled like a septic system. I figured no way we could get it fixed till after the holiday. Baltimore City needs to be a shame to hire/contract a company that isnt equipped to handle such a big job. My home is consistently without running water because of this company poor job. Ive called 311 several times over an 8 hour period because my home is without water and was told this company is the reason why. I was told there's no way to contact this company personally having the issue resolved while I sit here with my elderly mother who needs her meds with water, who needs to shower, no water, who needs to use the bathroom no water. However, I am sure Water Works will like their bill paid on time without missing 1 cent of it.
