They offered suggestions on what other factors might be causing the problem like the electrical outlet. They gave us an estimate but suggested that we get the electrical checked out before moving on with the repair.

I have been using Forster Plumbing for about 15 years, and they never disappoint. Brian is the owner/operator and generally has 2 or 3 experienced plumbers working for him. I find it so much more pleasant dealing with a small outfit rather than a mega operation. One hundred percent of the time that I call, Brian himself promptly answers the phone. I can't say that about very many businesses - particularly not in the trades. Beyond that, he or his crew have appeared for their promised appointments 100% of the time. The work is top of the line quality at very affordable prices. I long ago stopped asking the rate because I am confident that the total charge will be reasonable, and it always is reasonable. Indeed, rates can be deceiving anyway. The real issues are integrity and competence. Respecting both, Brian excels.
