Best Duct Air Conditioning System in Baltimore MD

Jason, Rich and Rahja did an excellent job of installing a new trane hvac system for us.
The system works great and we are happy with the installation!

I've been using Fitz for years. They always do good work, and they don't rake you over the coals with prices!

Horizon Services provided the repairs that I needed in a timely fashion and cleaned up after the job was over. Mr. Calvin Parnell was my Technician and I highly recommend him, as he was very knowledgeable, customer friendly, very courteous, and always kept me informed throughout the entire process.

Can't rate their quality of work since they never showed up to perform the repair when scheduled. I was given the time slot between 12pm and 4 pm. I called at 3:30pm making sure they would be out like scheduled. Apparently they never actually scheduled me and only put my info in. The customer service lady transferred me to her manager ( or at least who I assume is her manager) who was anything but apologetic about the situation. So I called an other company to perform the repair since AJ Micheals is not reliable and provides poor customer service!

Professional and experienced. Excellent work. I am very pleased.
