Best Duct Air Conditioning System in Baltimore MD

We had a new heating and AC unit installed. The three techs (Jason, Rahja and John) that did the work were very professional and friendly. They also installed a new thermostat and walked us through the registration process and showed us how to use. I would recommend Len the Plumber and these three technicians. to anyone that is thinking about replacing their HVAC.

My heater went out during the night, so I called Fitz first thing the next morning. They were at my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem, then got the part we needed, and had it repaired just a few hours later. I was impressed by how responsive, knowledgeable, and kind they were! I will definitely call them again in the future.

We had no heat and couldn’t figure out how to get it running. Horizon came to our rescue. Andres Hoyos was our tech. He was great because he took the time troubleshooting and explained to us what he was doing. Once he located the problem, he offered several suggestions to fix our system. Yes, it will be expensive to replace the parts; however he gave us a clear explanation of the costs. His customer service skills are top-notch. We felt comfortable with the work he did. We had a sewer line that was not installed correctly by the builder; the technicians who diagnosed and repaired the sewer line did it within a limited amount of working space (crawl space) and completed the job in less than 3 hours; my wife and I were delighted with their professionalism and attention to detail.

Abend Plumbing came out, removed a high end toilet that the previous owner installed that seemed clogged and would not flush. Abend got there super quick, snaked the toilet, unfortunately, it didn't take the first time, but they came back the next morning, very early, (we were still in bed) removed the toilet and snaked it again! They applied our payment from the previous day to the work they did on the second day, and I will tell you it was one of the best plumbing experiences I have ever had. Call these guys, they WILL treat you right!
