Zoom promised to be out the next morning. James came, and he was informative, thorough, polite and very tidy.
He said he’d be back next day with a new GD. In order for us to get a quality grade GD rather than from Home Depot or Lowe’s, it had to be ordered from the warehouse.
We had a new GD 2 days after Thanksgiving, and we’re very pleased with Zoom.

There was no need for Ira to come out as it was nothing he could take care of after a very well explicated reason. Ira however was very helpful in what I will need to do and steps to get there. He was also kind enough to give me a list of referrals. I would surely call them back for any other plumbing issues
