Terrible company. Staff are rude and dismissive. Don’t even know how good their work is because we couldn’t get that far with how long I was on hold and the hassle they put me through. Wasted two hours of my day.. go to any plumber in Baltimore besides this one.

I contacted Stokes plumbing for a burst pipe in my home. They came out immediately and serviced my home.The company was fast, professional, and efficient. I was very pleased with Geo's Plumbing Services. He was able to diagnose the issue with my water pressure immediately and accurately, he demonstrated good and professional communication skills and on the day he provided services, he discovered an additional problem affecting my water pressure and made those repairs so the issue would be resolved for good. His price points are very reasonable and affordable. He also provided me a 1yr warranty and did a 1month check-in to see how everything was working for me. My water pressure went from just above trickling to its full potential which definitely feels like more than the standard 80psi. I plan to use his services to also connect my refrigerator to my water line and a few other projects.

This was the first time I used Catons — and it was a Sunday morning of a holiday weekend! Darryl promptly arrived to repair an emergency toilet issue. When he walked in the door, I told him what was happening, and Darryl knew immediately what needed to be done/replaced before even looking at it! Great plumber, great company, and great service!
