Best Clean Up in Baltimore MD

First time Michael and Son came out they were over 2 hrs late. Diagnosed the problem in 15 mins said they ordered the part but then it went missing, found the part rescheduled but then the day of the appointment over a hour late from the windows calls to say they don’t have the part. It’s been two weeks and haven’t heard anything.

Work was done promptly and completed in a timely manor. Very neat and clean job for an affordable price. I'd recommend Nicks plumbing to anyone who wants the job done right the first time for a reasonable price. The technician was a pretty cool guy, the kind you want to drink a beer with. We use these guys regularly for our AC/heating maintenance. So when our water heater went out this morning we gave them a call. Not only did they make it over a full 2 hours before they were originally estimated to come out, but they're installing a brand new water heater for us as we speak. Can't give them enough compliments -- they're great! And $1800 for a last minute water heater install ain't bad either. We will continue to use them as long as we live in the Baltimore area.
