I am very pleased with the prompt, personable and professional services I received today from Roto-Rooter plumber, Dama Fanai who came out on a Sunday morning to fix an urgent plumbing problem involving my backed up laundry room sink. He expertly snaked the laundry sink, which was complicated, due to the way the pipes were installed. also snaked the drain in my daughter's bathroom sink and did an excellent job. He not only competently resolved both problems but also cleaned up the entire area. I thought the price for coming out promptly on the weekend was fair and the work is guaranteed for 6 months which is a bonus! I would recommend Roto-Rooter and plumber Dama Fanai to friends and family.

Darryl was friendly. Knew what he was doing. My only gripe is being charged commercial rates. I conduct a business out of the basement in my home but the work I had done had nothing, at all, to do with the business. I had pvc repair and valve replacement for the ice maker line. The part was $29 and the labor was $550, which seems unreasonable to me.
