Best Circuit Breaker in Baltimore MD

I had trouble getting many to return my calls but the staff there responded and serviced my needs right away. Once we picked a delivery date, they had my new water heater installed in about an hour. It was all much easier than I expected. Greatly appreciated.

Had a battery backup installed on my sump pump. Sump pump is located outside and tech was a little unsure if having it outside would cause water to seep into battery case. Felt like he as the technician could have came up with more ideas to solve the problem instead of leaving it up to me to make the desicion. I have little knowledge on this subject and I'm unaware on the best way to set these up. The battery back up isn't exactly put into its final position and for $360 (285 of which was for 90 mins of labor) it seems like this would be something they would have different options for. Other then that technician was very friendly and asked for permission everytime a issue arised that would cause the bill to climb. A little pricier then I was expecting also.

The dispatcher and technician were extremely responsive, friendly and professional. Even if I could’ve fixed the job myself in seven hours with lots of headaches and trips to the Ace Hardware, it was absolutely worth paying a professional group to get the job done right.

Our main sewage line got a backed up called RotoRooter and they send out a plumber within an hour. Our plumber was on time and professional. He explained the issue and after a camera scope we unfortunately needed the outdoor and indoor pipes replaced. RotoRooter came out the next day (Friday)and excavated and replaced our pipes. They excavation team did a great job and cleaned up our front yard nicely.
Our plumber came back first thing Monday and replaced our indoor pipe and related pipes associated with our main plumbing. He even went the extra step and replaced the trap by our sanitary tub (we had not noticed a small leak). Overall, Mr. Khaing and his partner were so courteous and professional. They did a great job removing (cast iron) pipes and installing our new pipes. The cost for the whole ordeal was reasonable. We will be using RotoRooter in the future and will be requesting Mr. Khaing.

Wonderful! Booked the appointment easily online on holiday weekend. Received immediate appointment on day I scheduled with confirmation snd call the day of. My technician, William was exceptional. Professional, polite, efficient, knowledgeable. Got 2, working toilets properly working after trials and tributions with handymen that didn’t install them right. Should have gone with a professional from the start. Lesson learned. Thanks, William!
