Michael and Sons was great! I had a tankless water heater that was tripping the GFCI outlet. I called to have someone come out and inspect and just to make sure there was nothing wrong with the water heater. Ted Westwood was our technician. He quickly diagnosed the issue and unfortunately had to replace the unit (most likely a failure of the old home owners to maintain the unit). Ted was very efficient and professional. He walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions. He replaced the unit in a few hours and got us back up and running. Not the first time I’ve used Michael and Son’s and it won’t be the last

Tommy was terrific and clean. He even removed the toilet so as not to scratch the enamel with the snake. After a bout with a t section, he was able to unclog the drain. While Tommy was great, I was very surprised at the cost of this service, but that is not Tommy's fault. He did a great job, but the job was surprisingly very expensive. I will do this myself next time, at these prices.
