Very pleased with Deal’s Plumbing. They were very professional and installed a new 50 gallon water heater same day that I called.

Mike replaced my garbage disposal and fixed a leak in my kitchen sink. He was fantastic to work with. He was able to do the work the same day I called him, he was promptly on time and my sink is now back to working perfectly. His work is very high quality. I would definitely use his services again.

Jack did a great job diagnosing and explaining the issue to me. Jack and Roger were able to re-plumb my kitchen sink in a very timely and professional manner. They were great guys to work with. Both very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.

Customer service leaves a great deal to be desired. I have been trying for two and a half weeks just to get someone to return my call to arrange for some work. After repeated calls with no success I moved on.

Had them come fix my toilet leak after two other companies couldn't figure it out, and they came and had the issue resolved within minutes. Very friendly and thoroughly explained what was wrong to me and how I can avoid it from happening again.

Called him for help with a chronic plugged shower drain and not only was he able to fix our plugged drain but he also noticed our faucet had a leak. He fixed this as well, and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. I think it says a lot about a company when they go that extra mile to make sure the customer has a safe home.

Allen is an absolute honest person and a pleasure to work with. He gives it to you straight and goes out of his way to take great care of you. Even more important is his years of experience and his craftsmanship.

I hope this review helps someone else out there. I called around for estimates to do a simple job that I did not have time or tools to complete. My old steel drain pipe for the washing machine finally rusted out at the base where it is plumbed into the concrete. Wellmann sent out their professional service tech and said the job should not take more than 6 hours from start to finish. He did not tell me how it would cost.
The next day I called and spoke with Rob (financial guy for the plumbing side of the house) and asking him what Wellmann's hourly rate is. He told me that it was $105 per hour.
After speaking with Rob I told him that I would like to schedule a time to come and fix the drain pipe leak. Remember I asked for an estimate and was emailed the approx cost for $625.
The service tech was on point when he showed up and got right to work. It took him less than 4 hours to complete the job and did a good job doing so. Thank you.

3 weeks later I get the bill for $625. Seriously... I asked for an estimate.This estimate was for 6 hours that only took less than 4 hours to complete. Do the math. Materials cost roughly $25. Should not have cost me more than $425. I called about this and spoke with Rob about it. Let's just say that he was very unprofessional due to him arguing with me and laughing saying that I agreed to the $625 estimate. I never signed anything, literally nothing. The service tech did the job under 4 hours so, I should be billed appropriately for the time ON the job. Rob finally agreed to adjusting the bill due the time completed and materials used for the job. His comment to me, this is how business are run. He wanted to overcharge me more than $200 dollars. I guess that's how you run a shady business, trying overcharge your customers. Not a professional business in my personal opinion.

I’ve had them come to my house twice once for my air conditioning and another time for an outdoor faucet for my sprinkler system. Both times they were at my house within hours. They had all of the equipment they needed on their truck. The technicians that come, are very respectful of my home. They put the slippers on their feet. They’re very informative, polite and kind. I also appreciate that they always let me know every step of the way how much everything was going to cost, and they always look for ways to save me money with any deals or specials. Highly recommend.

Don helped us update our bathroom plumbing for two bathroom remodels and also helped solve a separate poorly draining sink problem. For the second problem he was able to work it into his schedule less than 24 hours after I called. He knows his stuff, and he’s also just a great guy. If you knew me, you would know I have high standards and Icon Plumbing exceeded them. Not only were they able to show up day of when other plumbers left us with a main water shut off valve leaking and couldn't get back out for 5 days, but Icon Plumbing made sure the issue was resolved. On top of actually completing the job we called them out for which others could not, they were nice, and respectful. What do I mean by respectful you ask? Gunther asked before grabbing random towels for cleaning up the water. I didn't notice until I was leaving, but he switched out shoes from muddy ones to clean ones for inside our house. These are things I would think should happen, but with our experience with plumbers over this last week this is not the norm. Keep up the good work Gunther, you have earned us as a customer for life.

Was looking for new planters for my trees and the guy back in the garden area was awesome. Sorry I didn't catch his name but he also came in with me and showed me the grills I was considering for my father. He also helped when I went back because I changed my mind again. Lol. I can't wait for Spring when all the plants are in. Check out these grill prices! They have 4 different grills left!

My household went 3 days without water. While the company claims are 24 hour service, it took 2 days for anyone to contact me and examine my issue. It took another 2 trips and another day to figure out how to handle a shower handle repair with a simple cartridge that needing replacing. Nice repair people, but not great service.

I have been using Greens since moving to Lincoln NE in 2019, with new gas water heater, new AC system, 3 vanity and 2 commode installs, disposal replacement. The last service for an instant water heater that was broken was incompetent, moody and over billed (a repair that did not work). I will look elsewhere for future services.
