I hope this review helps someone else out there. I called around for estimates to do a simple job that I did not have time or tools to complete. My old steel drain pipe for the washing machine finally rusted out at the base where it is plumbed into the concrete. Wellmann sent out their professional service tech and said the job should not take more than 6 hours from start to finish. He did not tell me how it would cost.
The next day I called and spoke with Rob (financial guy for the plumbing side of the house) and asking him what Wellmann's hourly rate is. He told me that it was $105 per hour.
After speaking with Rob I told him that I would like to schedule a time to come and fix the drain pipe leak. Remember I asked for an estimate and was emailed the approx cost for $625.
The service tech was on point when he showed up and got right to work. It took him less than 4 hours to complete the job and did a good job doing so. Thank you.

3 weeks later I get the bill for $625. Seriously... I asked for an estimate.This estimate was for 6 hours that only took less than 4 hours to complete. Do the math. Materials cost roughly $25. Should not have cost me more than $425. I called about this and spoke with Rob about it. Let's just say that he was very unprofessional due to him arguing with me and laughing saying that I agreed to the $625 estimate. I never signed anything, literally nothing. The service tech did the job under 4 hours so, I should be billed appropriately for the time ON the job. Rob finally agreed to adjusting the bill due the time completed and materials used for the job. His comment to me, this is how business are run. He wanted to overcharge me more than $200 dollars. I guess that's how you run a shady business, trying overcharge your customers. Not a professional business in my personal opinion.

Mr. Reddick is amazing. He helped us out of a jam, on a Sunday, for a fair price. I highly recommend him and will be using him in future jobs! The best!

Donald is an A+ plumber. Over the past 20 years he has done all sorts of work for us. From fixing minor leaks to digging up our sewer and replacing it. He is the man we call for any plumbing issues. Super friendly and reliable.

I've been trying to fix my water heater I have switched everything out on it I could. so I called Mark's. Their person came looked at it gave me no new information and also couldn't figure out why the water heater wasn't working. They charged me $145 to have someone hang out with me for an hour and tell me to call Richmond water heaters they might be able to help so I'm spending $145 to be told to call a customer helpline. I understand a trip charge but this was too much

Highly recommend they worked us in as quick as they could when everyone else told us 2 months out. The replaced my main water line into the house whole they where there they fixed a leaky faucet and ended up not having water pressure in my tub they stayed took extra time to flush the lines out and get it working again. Price was very reasonable. Will be using for all my plumbing needs. And the guys that showed up were extremely helpful. Every person I had the pleasure of meeting or talking to were very professional and very nice people

Don't bother if you don't have a project over 3k. I called and got Joyce. She replies with, Since the project is so small, why don't you email us a couple of pictures and we will get back to you. Sounds great! Pictures, email, sent. All December 6. I resend the email December 8th thinking maybe I did something wrong. December 12, six days later...i sent the email again. Here was the response, And I quote.

I AM SORRY FOR NOT RESPONDING BUT WE ARE UNABLE TO TAKE ON ANY JOBS AT THIS TIME.

After 6 days I get a not so apologetic email back for some reason in ALL CAPITALS.

Hired us to do a significant amount of work and refuse to pay their bills. All mail gets returned to us and no one answers the phone or returns a phone call or email. Have attempted to contact Steve, Orville, and Josh. All have ignored taking care of their debt. Pretty sad that the property owner will have to face a lien on their property because these guys won't pay their debts! Not even worth the one star I had to give to leave a review.
