Best Septic Maintenance in Lexington KY

We live in a very old house and have recurring drain problems in 'old' piping (those pipes that can't be replaced without great pains). Our drains stopped draining on Monday, I scheduled an appointment online for the following day, I got phone confirmation of the appointment and the technician was at my home when expected. Our plumber was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He fixed our immediate problem and provided me with preventative care chemicals for monthly treatment of my old pipes. I am very satisfied!

We’ve worked with them many times since we have an old house that needed a lot of repairs done, however I think it’s time for us to find another plumbing company.

First of all one of the techs gave me a bible after he finished his repair. Nothing against anyone’s beliefs but I don’t want people pushing them on me in my own home.

Last time Andy was our tech and he had to get into the attic, unfortunately he left the attic entrance a little bit open after he finished and the insulation started coming out of it. When our guests arrived (we have a short term rental) they rightfully complained that there was insulation all over the place. We had to pay extra for a cleaner to come back immediately and fix the mess, which could have been avoided had Andy been more careful or if he had just had let us know there was cleaning to be done we could have sorted it out before the guests arrived.

When I called Jen in the office to let her know what had happened, she didn’t let me talk just interrupted me and passed me directly to Andy, who didn’t even apologize and just said “well we don’t have to get in the attic anymore so you don’t have to worry about that”. I just feel disrespected as a customer and like they don’t care about how they treated me and my property. We’re also canceling any future repairs we had scheduled with them.

Alex and Christian arrived promptly after call they were arriving. They waited for me to drive six min from work to my home. These gentlemen were complete professionals and discussed with me the steps involved in clearing out the sewer line of a home built in 1924. All pricing was quoted up front. This clearing procedure took well over two hours. Alex even explained some tips to implement to help keep the line open. Lex Rooter charged 1/4 the quoted price another well known vendor quoted to do the same job ( clearing the obstruction in the line via removing the toilet on the first floor to clear the line) The claw on the snake they used cleared the line. Lex Rooter will be my only choice in the future based on the response of Alex and Christian and the fact Lex Rooter is a local family owned business.

Douhlas!!! Came first thing on a Saturday morning to unclog a leak I’ve been working on for 3 days. He fought it too. We laughed, cried and then celebrated when he was able to get that mug cleared. 10 out 10 would recommend again, no doubt 🙌

Had royal flush to come and unclog main drain they did and left it cut in half now I'm the cleaning up the mess . Thanks Bruce you are a big help.
