Best New Construction Plumbing Services in Lexington KY

We cannot say enough great things about PROfetick Plumbing!!! They are always punctual, courteous, professional, efficient, proficient, and the precision and aesthetic aspects of their work are beyond compare. They have performed several plumbing services for us, and they did another great job with fixing and resetting a commode and vanity sink. We really appreciate the Profetick Plumbing family and are grateful to be one of their customers.

Mark was excellent, showed me exactly what was wrong, walked me thru the different fixes and possible outcomes and at the end told me about maintenance and what I could do to limit issues going forward. Fast and efficient!

We called in with a burst pipe, and they came out the same night, while other places had told us it would be at least three days until they could fit us in (record low temperatures resulting in many burst pipes all over town). The price was reasonable (only a $45 emergency charge, rather than time and a half for coming after hours) and the plumber was friendly and knowledgeable. A great experience we'll call them again!

Very good company to work with! Financing was easy through them. Professional people, prompt responses via email and delivered on time.

Two stars to be fair.
1. Plumber came in through the carpeted living room and we later found dirty foot tracks. Why don't they wear shoe covers ?
2. Plumber needed a cap for a valve, but had to go get it. We waited an hour and 15 minutes before he got back. He said he had to go to three different parts stores to find the cap. Uh... why didn't he CALL to find out if it was in stock, that could have saved at least 30 minutes. Well, I'm saying he probably took lunch in the meantime, but I can't say for sure.
3. It took him about 5 minutes to cap the valve, yet he charged ONE HOUR LABOR... seriously ???
4. We've had two other plumbers from this company in the last 7 months, and neither one is with the company any more, which is a sign of a problem. Can't they retain their employees ? One of them reportedly didn't show up one day, and never came back.
5. My family will now be looking for another company, or private contractor. Not this company any more.
