My geothermal unit started flashing the 'needs service' warning, and I was able to get an appointment the same day. The service technician, Dakota Tedder, called ahead and arrived earlier than originally scheduled. He resolved the problem promptly at a fair price.

Horrible experience called 5-10 min before they closed. Witch by the way is 4:45 who owns a business and picks this for there closing time not 4:30 not 5:00 but 4:45 really. She told me it was for picking up kids and traffic. I expressed I had 3 kids and no water. i called to make sure they could get me taken care of before I tracked down town from Lowe's. Instead of letting me know it wasnt going to be an option and save me time and headache. the lady on the phone gave me directions to a road that was close because every other road around them is closed. I get there at 4:50 place is locked up tighter then a drum. Very disadissatis disappointed and appalled by the way this company apieapp to opporate

Had gas piping installed for range and fireplace. Great crew, very friendly and professional. Would recommend them to anyone.

We had an emergency situation saturday afternoon. i immediately started googling plumbers and either got voicemail or was politely informed i wouldnt be able to be seen today. Mike answered immediately and had someone to my home within 2 hours. He walked me through shutting off the main water line (we were misinformed about which valve was the primary in our crawl space). All that to say I am very pleased with the service, quality and responsiveness. Highly recommend and will be using again.
