I just moved into a house and come to find out the hard way that my flush out pipe had been bored through which caused sewage backup in my house. They came out and identified the issue and right away. Within 24 hours the mess was cleaned up thanks to the cleanup crew (Christian Cullip and Dana Deathridge). As far as the plumbing work that was done fixing the flush out pipe as well as some other work Joel Marlowe was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for better quality or promptness from him for work that was completed. Also, the office staff was very nice and answered all of my questions. Would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and I will be using them again. Thanks!

Dean was wonderful. He came quickly when the pipes bust back in early 2015. (I've used him ever since) He fixed the pipes quickly and then he offered to come back when it wasn't after hours pay.. Which I thought was extremely thoughtful given most business take as much as they can get! He came back immediately. Was always efficient and on time, very thorough. I have called him for every problem we have encountered since. Each time, same thing! Professional, humble, great pricing, excellent work! Would highly recommend to ANYONE! Not once did I ever feel overcharged for the amount of work he did! (And as consumers we know house calls are never cheap!.... So that is saying a lot!)

This guy is a fruitcake. Tell you one price then tell you another. Doesn’t show up then says he’s going to charge you $350. Don’t deal with this lunatic
