When we moved into the area, I was worried about choosing the correct plumber. Our new home is older, so I called Ace Plumbing and had them check my sewer lines to make sure I didn't have any surprises in the future. They were very polite and efficient. They cleaned out the tree roots and crud, so I can rest easy. I now have my new local plumber.

Only place I found that could tell me what type of bathtub fixtures I have. Went to five other places prior going to Day's. Won't make that mistake again. They are my first and only choice when I need plumbing hardware for now on. The man who waited on us (white hair) was friendly and extremely knowledgeable, and he didn't make me feel like an idiot, like some of the other stores did.

Second time I used them in the last 10 years. Both times, the best. Will never use another service. I tried other services, and they were disappointing. Prices may be a bit high, but it is worth the investment . I like this company's business ethic and their professionalism.

Matthew was initially very nice, and seemed willing and able to help us find our leak. After 3 days of looking, and tracing electrical and communications lines, he didn't find it. He said he was 99.9% sure that if a plumber installed a shut off valve in one spot, it would bypass the still-hidden leak. We hired a plumber to do that, but what Matthew was tracing wasn't even a water line. The water line was near the area, so we had the shut-off valve installed, but it didn't stop the leak. Matthew started changing his story and refused to take responsibility for the costs we were beginning to accrue. We next paid American Leak Detection half as much as LF+ wanted, and they found the leak within 5 minutes. Thirty feet from where LF+ said to dig. Save your money and time, and hire ALD. Gas in the lines is clearly the better way to find a leak than overpriced sonar toys.

Update to owner's response: Matthew never billed us because he never found the leak.

Had royal flush to come and unclog main drain they did and left it cut in half now I'm the cleaning up the mess . Thanks Bruce you are a big help.

The service tech was great. He explained everything and showed me what was wrong. This was a potentially a challenging intermittent problem to solve and they were able to figure it out. I am very satisfied with their service.
