Only once was there a problem and in that case they did not follow up or return my calls where I asked them to help me with re-insulating my attic where the drain pipe from our upstairs heat had leaked (it was not glued adequately.) I think it was a fluke. We just had them install a brand new heating system for our house and it went without a hitch and on quote. I recommend them!
