I was very grateful that Joshua came out on a Sunday to fix our drainage problem. He was thorough and very professional. He took time explaining what he was doing and answered all our questions.

Dean found a leak in the men's urinal, which is finally repaired after 2 other plumbing companies could not find the leak. Dean is very polite and prompt. He was easy to work up with and had a great attitude.

$488 to replace in innards of a toilet! Completed job in 51 minutes. They wouldn't tell me how much it would cost to replace the toilet innards on the phone (I specifically asked: valves, gaskets, and float) but would charge me $89 to come and look at the toilet and then give me the cost to replace the innards. To my shock, it was an additional $399.64!!! And only a 90 day warranty.

I've since gotten two other estimates: $135 and $75.

Prompt, reliable and affordable. Can't beat that.
