KCS came and fixed my deck lighting. They were very professional and courteous. They fixed 3 lights very quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Excellent service and excellent attitude. I highly recommend them.

Terrible. Bad customer service and they are very rude.

Call for service, they tell me one day don't show up don't call. They wrote down wrong info so couldn't get ahold of me. I call back to reschedule they postpone again. Finally show up, and only fix one of the three issues. One of the other two issues will be waiting on estimate. Call back for estimate still not completed. Call again several days later still not completed. Call again and get hung up on. Called RotoRooter and got it done. Still waiting on estimate from the honest plumber. Actually still waiting on a receipt for the toilet they fixed. They can't even email me the invoice.

The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant! It was a pleasure to have him come out and unclog my washer drain! Great experience!

We recently had the miss fortune of needing some major plumbing work done on our 58 year old home. The sewer line under the slab was blocked and not allowing the kitchen sink to drain. This prevented my wife from doing the dishes, I would have been fine dining on paper plates and having my wife wash pots and pans in the tub. After waking up with a bump on my head and a dent in my favorite cast iron pot, I realized I better call a plumber. I got three estimates for the job with all three being close in price. However, Tim with the Plumbing Doc came across as the most knowledgable and offered a one stop shop to get everything back better than before, such as new tile in the bathrooms, a remodeled shower (huge) and even new tiles for the rest of the house along with a new kitchen counter top and back splash. As the job progressed, it was brought to my attention that the main water lines were in pretty rough shape, did I mention the house was 58 years young. Needless to say, it would have been poor judgement on my part not to replace the main water lines at this time. At this time all the plumbing work has been completed and was done on schedule. All the plumbers and helpers who worked on the project were a pleasure to deal with. I will post a follow up review once all the retailing work has been completed. I am happy to say, the bump on my head, is getting smaller each day, the cast iron pot, had to be thrown out.

Reggie was great. professional, outlined options, discussed with positive professionalism. Charges were high as expected. Over all very satisfied. Had thermo couple r&r'd within 30 minutes - plus satisfaction. Thanks again.

Mark was awesome! Our water heater went out and we were several weeks in with still no hot water. Mark came to the rescue and made quick work of putting in a new tankless, taking out our old big tank. And his pricing was very reasonable. I will absolutely call him first for all future plumbing needs.

We thought our hot water heater needed to be replaced. Turned out to be a little plastic check valve. Extremely honest and friendly plumber. Would of given more stars if I could have.

I could not recommend this company enough! They responded so quickly this morning that I did not have time to panic / stress over my broken water heater. I knew by how quick they were responding that everything was in good hands. They continued communication with me throughout the morning then Brian showed up so quickly. He was so kind and patient with me and my family and he was so knowledgeable. I will put their number in my phone and I will always recommend them to people, friends and family 😃 Oh and they were NOT trying to overcharge like so many people these days ! Amazing all around!!!!

He is fantastic. In my experience there are guys who do great work, but are really unreliable. The get it done when they get it done. Then there are guys who are reliable, but not great. Will is a unicorn. He does fantastic work and reliable. Do not hesitate to hire him.
