The person on the phone was super quick, helpful, and laid everything out; letting me know everything I needed to know beforehand and when to expect a call from the plumber! The plumber Rene got to my home, checked out my problem and gave me 2 quotes! 1. he could grab the parts himself but would cost me more or 2. I could go out to grab the parts and it would cost me less. I asked about what parts to grab and he told me and even showed me! But I opted to have him grab the part so that he could just finish it today since I didn't mind paying more just to have it done! In the end he did a great job and as a young man I enjoyed the fact that he even taught me how to do it the next time I need to replace the faucet and spout (as long as I didn't break it like I did this time around). Awesome job and was worth every dollar spent!

Have you ever had one of those MONDAYS, where first thing in the morning you get the clue that it's all going down-hill from there?! Well that was how my day started yesterday, but thanks to Chad and Alan at Hometown Plumbing, my Monday became much, much brighter!!! Chad was right on time for my appointment, fixed the biggest part of my problem without wasting a minute. We both realized then, that there was some drain suffering that needed to be done to entirely fix our problem. Well, Chad was on the phone right away to the super guy (Alan) and told me that he was on his way. Well it wasn't 20 minutes later when Alan came to the rescue. Not only did he get the drain flowing again, He helped me with some estimates on other plumbing projects I'd like done in the future. Both Chad and Alan were very professional, courteous and informative. I have no qualms about recommending Hometown Plumbing for any plumbing issue you may wake up too, even if it's not on a Monday. They're great!!
