I was having issues with my septic tank. I called Roto Rooter and they had someone out the next day to check it. It was full and they got it all taken care of with no problems on the very same day

robo plumbing came to my house 3 days in a row and my water heater still doesn’t work. On the third day they said they knew the part that needed to be fixed which was $115 dollars extra. The technician told me there will be no labor fees because of the fact that I already paid $180 for a “service” which is nothing more than a inspection. I called to schedule the part to be replaced just to be told I am in fact paying for more labor and the mark up on the part, totaling $275 on top of the $180. I could not be more disappointed with Robo Plumbing. Horrible experience all around.

Billy was very personable and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions. He cleared and flushed rhe drain and made sure the sewer line flowed properly. He is a definite asset to Roto Rooter.

Michael was the repair technician that repaired the water line and spigot in the backyard. Second time using this companies service. Called in the morning they came earlier then they told me quoted and fixed quickly and efficiently. You get what you pay for and they are worth the price.
