We remodeled both of our bathrooms and Lone Star Plumbing came and handled all of the plumbing for us. He moved our pipes over for our shower expansion, centered our drain line, installed upgraded pipes and lines, fixed a leak in our sink, and replaced some piping in our bathroom tub. Excellent work! I called on a whim to see about having a doggy door installed that I had sitting in my garage in the box for 6 months... not only was the price he quoted great, he came that day to install. They are not necessarily the cheapest but they do quality work and that matters more to me in the end (if you’ve ever had shoddy plumbing work you will understand). They are professional, reliable and I haven’t had to have any callbacks from them to date. Recommended for quality professional work at a reasonable price point.

I would rate this company LESS than 1 star if I could. This company is unresponsive & inefficient. They don't answer calls during business hours, schedule appointments and fail to show up, fail to respond to messages left, and have an apparent lack of concern for their customers. Our water heater has been out for more than a week. They came out to assess and ordered a part, but it has been almost a week since it arrived and we're STILL without hot water! They never showed up to install the part after setting an appointment to do just that! This is completely UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE!
