Gunner was excellent to work with. He was able to do the work on Saturday of a holiday weekend when our water heater died. We could not wait for a water heater to be available on Tuesday, so I was able to pick one up at Lowe's and he installed it. The job site was left cleaner than when he arrived and the installation was done neatly and efficiently. I should add that my inquiry on their website was answered after hours and instructions given for seeing the appointment. Thanks Hometown Plumbing!!

Christina handled the scheduling promptly and is so kind. Anthony fixed our issue with no problems at all and also provided some education as how not to encounter that problem again.
