Job was done in a reasonable time however I was not given a price ahead of the job my bad
I feel I was overcharged $525.50 for a simple repair get a quote before you do business with the plumbing doctor

I called on late Sunday in desperation since I was selling my house and found a leak on the water line from the refrigerator line. The customer service personnel was very quick to react. Shortly after initial call the plumber called and they were at my door within a couple of hours. Definitely called them if I have any plumbing issues!!

We simply cannot say enough great things about this company. From the owner, Doug, to the gentlemen who repaired our AC (Daniel and Jorge), to the office staff: this is the best AC repair experience we've ever had. All were professional, kind, communicative, and more than fair. Money is super tight for us right now and in all of CA actually, and this company went out its way to help us with a reasonable AC repair just in time for the 108 degree heat -- and after us trying to tough it out without air for a full week before. They came the next day after I called and actually responded to my inquiry the evening before within minutes. They fixed everything within an hour. Everything was upfront and I felt like they were real people -- no high pressure selling or gouging. They even gave us a military discount for my husband's service. I had a nasty clogged drain in my kitchen sink from a previous renter (we had just moved in). I called Owen and he had one of his guys here within the hour. It only took him an hour to fix the blockage and he was neat, clean, curteous, professional, thorough and he picked up after himself after he was done. He didn't overcharge me, either! I wouln't hesitate to call these guys again, should the need arise. THAT'S how a business should be ran. I am a very pleased customer, and I would certainly recommend them to a friend.

I usually don't take the time to write a review but this is worthy of it. If this was the first time working with these people, I would let it go. The first time was clear fraud. We inadvertently called these guys out to clear a drain. The first attempt didn't work. The second attempt failed and the guy complained the whole time about the pipes and how the other technician didn't know what he was doing. We called them again and they said it would be an additional charge to come out and scope the lines. They were already more expensive than others and they didn't correct the problem. Long story short, the pipes still didn't get done.
We called for a refund and got no where. I paid a contractor to wait each time for these guys to come out.
We called someone else that cleared the lines and all is well now.
Do not use these guys !!!! You are gambling.

We had a mainline blockage that was causing the toilet to back up into the shower. Called Mr. Rooter and they came out within the hour. Matthew was professional and explained the process as he worked. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
