Good Quality work, explain my issues well, and helped me understand my situation.

The person on the phone was super quick, helpful, and laid everything out; letting me know everything I needed to know beforehand and when to expect a call from the plumber! The plumber Rene got to my home, checked out my problem and gave me 2 quotes! 1. he could grab the parts himself but would cost me more or 2. I could go out to grab the parts and it would cost me less. I asked about what parts to grab and he told me and even showed me! But I opted to have him grab the part so that he could just finish it today since I didn't mind paying more just to have it done! In the end he did a great job and as a young man I enjoyed the fact that he even taught me how to do it the next time I need to replace the faucet and spout (as long as I didn't break it like I did this time around). Awesome job and was worth every dollar spent!

Same day service cheaper than the other company I called who wanted to charge me for OT if they came same day for septic pump out.

So much OVER priced. They charge more than 3 times than other plumbers. They don't bring all tools. They made client to spend time to get the tools but charge all money. I will not use Roto-rooter anymore.
One guy replaced the leaking faucet. But charge over $300. I am not happy with their service.

Our bathroom shower drain water keep getting stuck and comes out from the bathtub. I called do it right plumbing and they were able to come next day for snake and open the blockage within 10 minutes. Extreme quick and reliable service.
