Super pleased by Brandon. He came by to fix a pipe stoppage for our washing machine. He was patient, knowledgeable, and super friendly.

Please note the 5 stars is just for Brandon. This was the second visit by Honest Plumber. There was some confusion with what the issue was during the first visit by another plumber. Thankfully we got Brandon this time and he fixed the issue on the spot (no repiping necessary). Wish we got him the first time around - it would've saved us so much time!

The price quoted to replace our unit was too high. A local company was suggested.

I have used Advanced Plumbing for a number of years. Ryan has come to my aid a couple of times and just now installed a new kitchen faucet. He has always been knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, timely and is not afraid of my dog. Their phone customer service representative was also very helpful.
