I called early this morning at 7:30am, our 50 gallon water heater ruptured sometime during the night. At 7:46am, I received a call from Hector Cardenas. Hector let us know he could have someone out by 9am to provide an estimate. By our request, we were able to provide information and pictures via text and get a quote for a new one to be installed today in minutes. At approx. 8:30am, I let him know we wanted to move forward and he was very responsive, letting us know we would have someone here at 10am with a new one to be installed. I received a text confirmation along with name and picture, then another text to let us know Hector was enroute. Hector arrived early, very professional and started to remove the existing tank. He shared knowledge on cleaning the damage. We had also noticed a possible leak from a water stain on the ceiling and asked if we could get an estimate/ possible repair this same visit. Hector was very willing. He took a look at the shower drain that was the source and was easily able to complete the repair if we would cut the drywall. We said okay and by 11am - all repairs were complete. I would strongly recommend Hector Cardenas and trying this company for plumbing, water heater and as he mentioned air conditioning.

The service was quick and professional! Jason and Andrew were amazing! They were extremely knowledgeable and made themselves more than available for calls and questions not only from me, but also from my husband and mother in law. They even set everything up for all of the 3rd party companies needed for the task! Amazing job!

We called Bosch Plumbing on a Sunday due to water leaking from the ceiling. After a quick call, Keegan arrived by 4:00 PM and quickly diagnosed our problem. We had a nail through a water line from the home builder.

I called Precision Plumbing for installation of pressure regulator for my home waterline. A gentleman by name Danny came over. We tested the pressure which indicated about 55 psi. I was about to let it be but Danny suggested it could go over that since i dont have pressure regulator. So i decided to have the regulator installed. Once Danny looked at where to locate the pressure regulator by my water softener, he suggested installing carbon flush tank to work in conjunction with water softener to eliminate corrosion risk for the water heater as well as interior plumbing of the house. Since i was always concerned about corrosion of piping in my house, which could be very damaging if it indeed occurred, i agreed to have both carbon flush tank and pressure regulator installed at the same time.Danny did an excellent job, truly. He also tested the performance of my water softener and i was very relieved it is still working properly. I was very concerned and really happy by the test result as I didn’t want to spend more money. We also tested the pressure after having installed the regulator and it was 40 psi much to my liking. Over all, i am very happy with Danny’s performance and by the office staff of Precision Plumbing, Celia, Julia and Ella, very helpful and pleasant ladies to work with.Great company and great people, truly

I found these guys on a cold call just for an estimate because my case was a semi emergency to most people. They came on a Sunday and in a timely manner which is rare in itself, but the technician, who introduced himself as Brian, very professional in his assessment and the price I felt was affordable but I needed a confirmation from my Realty Company, again on a Sunday and tomorrow being a holiday! I regretfully did not get a go ahead on the project but I must admit I was still enamored by the company and their representative! If I owned this home, I would have chosen them to do the work, but I thought this is the least I can do to show the appreciation of an exceptional company! I wish more people were as professional as Brian and LV Restorations! Two thumbs up 👍👍

My second bathroom was badly clogged. It was so bad there was black water coming out of the shower and the toilet. So I called Silver State and they sent Mike & Joe to fix it. They did a Hydro-jet, and cleared out our sewage lines. Both of them were really friendly, & emphatic to our issue and took the time to explain things to us in a way we'd understand. COOL BUSINESS. I called plumbing repair now and had same day service for a water heater replacement! The plumber was friendly and respectful.

On 08/09/23, I had to replace the water heater thru 5 Star Home Service.
The Plumber, Enrique Montes, was very knowledgeable and professional about the water heater system. More importantly His kindness to customer that he explained to me very detailly with me the how to operate and maintain the water heater.
