I had a major flood from an overflowing septic pump in the basement of my house. It filled my movie theater room with you know what. I tried my usual plumber, and he said he did not know how to handle it. So I contacted Eternal late that evening and they sent Jason the next day. He was able to stop the mess from getting any worse and had a new pump the next day and put it in. He was good to work with, quick to get down to work, and got the job done when I needed it. I have used him on two other jobs since then. Needless to say, I am very happy with his work.

Jonathan and David were friendly, experienced, and worked very well together. We rent our house so we did not pick the company to fix the water heater. I found these guys on a cold call just for an estimate because my case was a semi emergency to most people. They came on a Sunday and in a timely manner which is rare in itself, but the technician, who introduced himself as Brian, very professional in his assessment and the price I felt was affordable but I needed a confirmation from my Realty Company, again on a Sunday and tomorrow being a holiday! I regretfully did not get a go ahead on the project but I must admit I was still enamored by the company and their representative! If I owned this home, I would have chosen them to do the work, but I thought this is the least I can do to show the appreciation of an exceptional company! I called Plumbing Repair Now because they offered same day service. Not only did they come out on the same day but within two hours of calling. The plumber, I believe Steve was his name, was very professional and friendly. I had called this company because my water heater leaked and flooded my garage floor. Steve removed the old one and replaced it with a brand new water heater with a ten year warranty. He even helped with removing the water from my garage floor. Excellent service. After trying other plumbing services in Las Vegas I couldn't be more happy.

I just had Silverstate replace my HVAC system. I could not be happier! From when Lou came to give me an estimate and explain the process, I never had any questions or concerns. Three gentlemen came and installed the unit in a matter of about four and a half hours. A drywall man came out to make the wall around the new unit match every bit of the rest of the hallway. I could not be happier!
