Under the kitchen sink I have water damage, pulled everything out from under and it’s all wet! So I called my warranty company and air promaster came out to check. After 10 minutes the technician says, “I can’t recreate the problem” took my service fee and left. Obviously under the sink there’s a leak, I’m not qualified to do the job or I would have! What am I supposed to do? I’m giving a bad review on the fact that the technician didn’t even try to diagnose the problem! I have a young child i have enough to worry about. I need a company to know what they’re doing to help! Unprofessional

We moved into a new place this past week and immediately noticed an HVAC leak. Our landlord called this morning for an appointment to get an estimate, and Morgan was here within 4 hours of the appointment being made. He was professional and explained things in terms we understood. Although he was only here for an estimate he was able to perform the work needed while he was here instead of us having to make another appointment to come back. We will always use Bumble Breeze for our A/C, heating, and plumbing because of their consistent 5 star service and their easy to schedule systems.

I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.
