I called Plumbing Repair Now because they offered same day service. Not only did they come out on the same day but within two hours of calling. The plumber, I believe Steve was his name, was very professional and friendly. I had called this company because my water heater leaked and flooded my garage floor. Steve removed the old one and replaced it with a brand new water heater with a ten year warranty. He even helped with removing the water from my garage floor. Excellent service. After trying other plumbing services in Las Vegas I couldn't be more happy.

Gerson arrived right on time and removed and replaced my old disposal in short order. He's exactly the kind of person anyone would be thrilled to have in their home – polite, informed, professional, effective and I could go on, but I'm guessing anyone reading this would get the picture. My neighbor recommended Impact based on the excellent experience they had. Relative to another company I'd previously called, who quoted me prices that were through the roof, Impact was very reasonable. I'm so glad I found them!!

Called to install a softener, very good and gentle response, and the day after plumber was at my home at the exact time we agreed. Before start the job he did a quick analysis and after a couple of minutes he told me the exact price. I just confirmed and after a couple of hours the softener was perfectly installed. A fast and clean job. Finally a group of real professionals plumbers. They deserve five full stars!

Helen, Jerry and their son are just quality folks. Helen always takes my call (or gets back quick) and is super responsive. Jerry shows up when he says he will (sometimes he's even early!) and is kind to my pets, kids and respectful of my home and time. We've had a ton of different things worked on and fixed by the Catania family (our home is 25-ish years old). They're professional, quick, and don't charge any more than they need to. I've had them give me a lower quote when they found that my plumbing problem wasn't as big as they'd initially though - that's great service! And they don't ever have to come back, because once they fix it - it stays fixed. I don't need to call anyone else for my plumbing problems. They're the real deal.

When Greg came to help us with setting up an appointment to get a new unit installed he was very friendly and professional and gave us great piece of mind!

Second time I've used Plumbing Pros. I called late afternoon, was too late in the day, but Larry not only called me back right away the next morning, was even early to my house! He promptly took care of my problem was price was very reasonable, less than half of what was quoted with another company. He is a great and trustworthy guy, I'm happy with my service with him, and would be very happy using Plumbing Pros again for my plumbing services!
