We asked for a diagnosis of the source of a water leak. 2 different independent plumbers had come before Jose from Innovative Plumbing Pros and didn't find the source, which Jose found in no time. The 2 plumbers just didn't look hard enough and also didn't know everything to look for. Jose called us before arrival and was very helpful in telling us what needed to be done next, both under insurance coverage and out-of-pocket. We found this company to be honest, true to their word and reliable. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends.

5 stars for this place, First time home owner I needed some work done under the kitchen sink. The the receptionist I talked to was very nice and got me in very quickly. Chris did an amazing job at replumbing underneath my sink and was really easy to work with. This place is priced fairly and I will be recommending this to anyone looking for a plumber.

Can't say enough about how much this company took care of me. We purchased a new home and they sent their team in to literally go through the home top to bottom. This isn’t you? Looks like someone has copied your logo, and email address. Has hacked your phone system so that when customers call you it’s redirected. That, or you’re just dishonest.

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
