Best Water Valves in Las Vegas NV

Sunday morning and no hot water for a shower. Why do plumbing issues always happen on the weekend? Luckily, I called Nevada Plumbing Authority because I had to call them on a weekend prior for a water heater leak and they responded quickly. Once again...Jason answered my call and was out in a couple of hours to handle the repair. Courteous as can be...found the most cost efficient way to handle the repair...and I was showering before mid-afternoon. I cannot express my gratitude enough for how fast they responded and genuinely understood my issue and handled it with a sense of urgency rarely seen from businesses now days.

Very rarely do you meet a professional such as Mike Rehac at My Plumber LV. We found Mike online and it was a fantastic experience! Mike responded to our service request almost immediately and went above and beyond. He repaired several faucet handles and even though it was a late night call, helped us advert disaster by replacing a leaking kitchen sink. He diagnosed the issue immediately, suggested which replacement fixtures to buy online and even went to the store to pick up the new faucet. He even came back the following morning to complete one more repair that he had to pick up a part for. Our house was ready for dozens of guests coming in and we were able to be ready and have our kitchen ready for action. This is the best plumber we've ever worked with!

We had an issue where all of our pipes were banging every time we turned on the water. Gave these guys a call and they came out right away. Very knowledgeable and got to the issue right away. Will use them again, fair prices, great service.

Luis and his team are great to work with. I had a leak into my condo from two adjoining units. They stopped the leaks, abated the mold, cleaned it up, restored it back to new. Also installed new toilet and few other things I purchased for it. Great team to work with!!!

Helen, Jerry and their son are just quality folks. Helen always takes my call (or gets back quick) and is super responsive. Jerry shows up when he says he will (sometimes he's even early!) and is kind to my pets, kids and respectful of my home and time. We've had a ton of different things worked on and fixed by the Catania family (our home is 25-ish years old). They're professional, quick, and don't charge any more than they need to. I've had them give me a lower quote when they found that my plumbing problem wasn't as big as they'd initially though - that's great service! And they don't ever have to come back, because once they fix it - it stays fixed. I don't need to call anyone else for my plumbing problems. They're the real deal.

Following a leaking angle stop valve on a Sunday evening, Daniel arrived in under 20 minutes and solved the problem in the most professional way. He even finished a new toilet installation at the same time. I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude to Daniel and his company. Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
