The five stars are not for work I had done by Goettl, but for the customer service after a slightly misdiagnosed estimate on my AC unit that was a fairly expensive amount ,after which I got a second opinion from another company and their diagnosis turned out to be correct and quite a bit cheaper. I was a little disappointed with having paid a service fee to Goettl after finding out the tech was incorrect about my repair options. I reached out to Goettl in hopes of either getting a full or partial refund on my service fee. It took a couple of days to hear back from them , but when I did , it was the local Las Vegas manager Manny who called me. Manny was extremely friendly and very sincere about resolving my concern , but it became clear quite quickly he was not going to refund my whole $89 service fee or even a partial refund of the fee. This guy went straight to offering to cover my repair fee from the other company to make up for the not so great experience and misdiagnosis. I about dropped my phone at this point. I am not sure I should go into specific numbers , but lets just say that this repair amount was literally 20 times more than the original service fee. I mean really, who does that ? Well it seems Goettl did , because at the time of writing this I have already received that payment. Thank you Manny !!! I went from thinking I would probably never reach out to Goettl again to thinking when I do need to buy a new AC unit they would be my first call , because I believe if there were any issues after the fact they would go way up and above to make sure things were set straight. Thank you again Manny and Goettl for such a generous resolution to a slightly disappointing experience.Jeff B

Located this company on thumbtack, he responded immediately. Arrived within a couple oh hours with shoe covers and mask on. Very efficient and was the most cost effective of all the other plumbing companies. Excellent service!

Initial service didnt fix the issue, but very prompt and return service made sure everything was better than new. Thanks guys.

I usually don’t do review but Juan went above and beyond and did an outstanding job fixing my water heater and water softener. He not only fixed the problem but he educate me on the process so I don’t go panic mode when something doesn’t work right or just for the future. He’s very courteous and really detailed and seems perfectionist and kno what he’s doing. This company is very reliable to bcoz I called them and they got someone in the house right away and was willing to make adjustment to meet my schedule.

Replacing a drop-in sink in the bathroom is normally a quick job, but it was NOT so at our house this morning. Dave from Max Plumbing had to face a deeply glued 27-year old sink that just did not move. Without his patience and skill in removing the old sink, whole bathroom counter would have been destroyed. Dave is a real pro and we are so grateful for his work!

Robert was great on at least four previous occasions but my most recent experience was not even palatable. Someone other than Robert showed up to do repairs. All parts for repair that were requested were obtained and provided to the employee. The employee completed job in an hour and tried to bill $500 for one hour labor. Then smirked and claimed it wasn't fair so he would settle for $400. Took payment and refused to provide receipt for work claiming I had to speak with Robert and left the job. Come to find out the repairs were insufficient and job was incomplete requiring more parts that Robert would not supply or repair. Then claimed he referred me an independent contractor. No receipt, horrible work quality, and sent someone obviously not licensed and insured also denied accountability for an employee he sent to do a simple job thinking it was a quick cash grab. Absolutely horrible experience. Finished job myself. $400 for less than an hours work and job not even done. I purchased all parts. Doesn't get any worse. They will not communicate to resolve issue or provide receipts or refund. Like an episode of The Twilight Zone.
