May 2023 update. Technician Steve came today to do the summer rejuvenation. Friendly and professional tech. Explained the process and findings. Both systems are new, so everything checked out good. Did a god cleaning of coils and now all set for the summer season. Had them out for fall prevention service and to review the systems that are here. I just bought the house and needed to understand what was in place.The service tech, Kevin was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained and provided photos and video of all components. He ensured keeping house clean and wore booties.My second unit is not in the best shape, and Kevin explained each of the issues. I will follow up with service managér to determine next steps (repair or replacement).I signed up for there service plan and am very pleased with the service and communication to date

David was a life saver, our kitchen sink had been draining slow but we were leaving town and we thought nothing of it Until the day we returned I was washing dishes when my feet seemed damp; I looked down and I was standing in a puddle
David headed over and yes there was a clog that built up over time but he further explained it was due to the improper piping under the sink; he cleared the clog for the temporary because we were tired from traveling and had work in the morning and returned as promised to replace the piping properly so we have no more problems

I had a leakage with my water heater. I called Vegas Plumbing Service and they sent a technician as soon as possible. Matt came and helped with the problem. It turned out that we needed a new water heater and Matt was beyond helpful. I truly appreciate it and I am grateful. I'm lost of words of how helpful and kind Matt is. Second time I've used Plumbing Pros. I called late afternoon, was too late in the day, but Larry not only called me back right away the next morning, was even early to my house! He promptly took care of my problem was price was very reasonable, less than half of what was quoted with another company. He is a great and trustworthy guy, I'm happy with my service with him, and would be very happy using Plumbing Pros again for my plumbing services!

Robert helped fix my water heating system, so now there's heat throughout my entire house. He did a great job, quickly and effectively. He came just a few hours after I called. Would call again if needed. Highly recommended. Very nice, fair price and best of all, they left the place cleaner than they found it.

So the service was greatcame fast and fixed the problem but when they left my toilet was leaking a little bit and somehow there was water coming out of the kitchen I fixed it by tightening the toilet connector they tell me it's normal and should stop in 30 mins which I thought was kinda normal since all the water so the guy who came out was awesome he was great nice guy great hard worker then I call and ask the service manager delinda if they would be able to help if something were to happen if it was due to the plumbing job she just kinda laughed at me and started getting angry and was trying to throw blame at me trying to make it my fault I was just asking of it was something on their end then would they be able to clear it up she didn't care she was just trying to make it my fault. When I called the first time she also laughed at my plying problems because I asked for a quote which I thought was very rude like I have enough problems already I'm trying to do business I just wanna know what it's gonna cost me. Well the service was good but they need to hire someone to take calls because she was way too unpleasant 5 stars on the service but 1 on the way they're handling there business.
