Best Water Meter in Las Vegas NV

I contacted this company first thing in the morning around 7am in hopes I would be able to schedule an appointment. After taking all my info over the phone of which the individual handling the information was soooooo slow and re read my phone number incorrectly, re read my last name wrong and couldn’t repeat the address I gave him back correctly. I was patient and corrected him each time of which he then said a plumber would call me to see about scheduling me on their day. No one called, No followed through to give any reason as to why the company couldn’t call me. Good thing I went off instinct and called Johnny plumbing. He text me, showed up and fixed my issue all before 1pm. Would never recommend Vegas Valley Plumbing as it’s insulting of their name being that I am native who has lived here 57 years. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Jerry, Nancy and Steven were awesome to work with on our hot water heater replacement. I submitted an inquiry online in the evening, and I received an immediate call back from Jerry. I was so surprised! Nancy coordinated the service and Steven came out on time as promised. The job took less than 2 hours, and I couldn't even tell the replacement had taken place...other than the new Bradford-White unit. Thanks, Adaven Plumbing!

Luis was fast and really helped with our leak. We had a leak under our slab and they fixed it and the concrete as well. They also did the flooring since they are a general contractor.

Raptor plumbing was the Sub contractor for a General Bad Contractor name DC Building who worked on 3 million dollar project for me. Not even two year, lots of thing broke which I fixed using my people. But this week the irrigation pipe broke under the back valve concrete structure. Its about 18 month old, the pipe broke, water pipe. I didn't care for the warranty but I called them anyway because they are the sub who worked on those pipes. Lady on the phone was nice and sent out the foreman name IVAN to look into it. He came looked into it before I even mentioned the warranty, his words We didn't do that pipe. So they did all the plumbing work except the broken pipe. I asked him who else did work on the plumbing beside Raptor. He doesn't know. Stay 100 feet away from this company. I am a commercial developer, any sub bid in future from Raptors will be automatically disqualify for the future development.

Awesome company and extremely professional. We had a bit of miscommunication (Yelp's fault), and it was cleared right away and remedied immediately. I thought the reserved slot was for 9AM, but was due to Yelp's mistake, no one showed up. So I called and Scott got me in at 2PM to snake out the clog in my toilet. The plumber was courteous and professional, quickly getting to work and promptly leaving after payment. I would definitely keep these guys in my favorites list for future accidents.
