Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

They truly are a 24/7 business. My home A/C stopped working around 8:30 pm and I called to schedule appointment and had the option of a standard service call next day for a small fee or after hours for a big fee - I opted for the big fee and this team came out within an hour and had my A/C back up and running before 10pm. The fee was well worth it. The team was professional from dispatch to repair to billing. Very Satisfied - Zach did an amazing job - Thank You! I found a leak within the walls of my house, and wasn't quite sure what to do as it was the first time this happened to me.. but I went on to home advisors.. they connected me with Eternal Plumbing Solutions, and within a couple hours.. Billy showed up from that company and took it from there.. Billy was professional, very knowledgeable, and most importantly quick to arrange everything as I needed a restoration Company to first dig into the walls to dry out all the leakage that was coming from the back of shower.. once they were done.. Billy came back out and fixed the problem within 20 minutes upon arrival.. I can't say enough about how fast, reliable, and expedient they were.. I absolutely recommend Eternal Plumbing Solutions..

The technician who got dispatched was professional, courteous, and from a trades perspective, he 'worked clean'. I honestly appreciated that keeping in mind that it was a residential job-space. I recommend what they do.

I was referred to this company because of my home warranty on my rental property. I did not have a very good experience with their customer service right from the beginning. To summarize, they are very hard to get ahold of. They placed me on hold for 30 minutes once. I emailed them, they do not reply. They did not communicate with me that they ordered a new water heater until I called my hoa to request a new company that they said they already ordered a water heater. When it finally came to the time of installation I did not hear from them for 10 days that they did not install the water heater and could not because I needed the water to be shut off.
